On the contrary I think he says all the wrong things. He's bringing attention to areas that don't need it.
No fanbase needs to be told we are "obsessed with progression" nor do we need to hear that the new Head Coach has put on the "best coaching session" Speakman has ever seen. We don't need to hear that we aren't "aligned to playing a traditional no.9" 2 days after we have failed to sign s striker, nor do we believe it when we fail to sign Boradhead and are told that "Leon Dajaku was always considered our 3rd striker".
People will accept mistakes, but to try and cover it up with management speak bullshit will just alienate 99% of the fanbase. Speakman has done a lot of good work, but he needs to work in the background and stop presenting himself as the face/voice of the club.
Is this a five minute argument or the full half hour?
Dont have a clue who the new manager might be..just heard its his term for an interview thats all.
Maric would knock me for six like, junior football manager. I might actually join the Speakman out chorus then.
They aren't interviewing a batch of candidates in rounds?

Just to be clear, the above post has nothing to do with anyones reactions to posts, and more the dig side of stuff to any bits of information people may or may not get passed on in good faith, ie Bob, Magnus, Prehab, Wheatsheaf Smug etc, all of whom get solid information that at times can change due to the ever predictably of unpredictably once they have posted out what they know.

I think Heck would be ok. Like you say, a lot of people weren’t happy with Mowbray and he came good.
Of Rohl, or all 3. Still isn’t all that, I rate Rosenior, many didn't, we didn’t nail that, Jansen chose to do nowt after examining our offer. Not sure at this point if our top priority isn’t getting someone to oversee pre season while we restructure the club and update the plan. Should have been done in early May mind not now.
Disappointing if he's actually in for an interview to be honest.
The club talk a lot about a progressive vison for the club cant see how Heckingbottom fits at all
