This. The "model" isnt the problem. Its Speakman. And because Speakman is allowed to continuously do this, its KLD.

IF this is the case, there is no defending it. A manager should be able to bring his own tried and tested team. It's not like we are wanting to keep world beaters, they are mostly failures!
Couldn't agree more. From the outside looking in sounds like Speakman is just given free reign to do whatever the **** he wants. KLD quite happy to sit back and let him get on with it. Absolute farce.

If we have got to a point where a coach like Rosenior, is deciding to walk away, then something has to be wrong. He isnt some old school manager. He understands how modern football structures can work. Unless he has been given the Burnley job (not an interview, the actual job) then alarm bells are ringing for me, louder than ever.

Cifentes has a contract with QPR so presumably we'd need to pay for him, which is just another impediment because QPR can play hardball.
Our transfer policy is set..Mowbray got maybe 2 players he wanted *Dack the rest went through Harvey and Speakman. Its a serious issue for managers not to the final say on recruitment by the club holds you to account on results.
We are just simply a shambles like. Over 115 days and we have been turned down by 3 managers because we are tantalising them with two people in Dodds and Proctor that Blyth Spartans would probably turn down if available.
The sooner Kyril and Speakman do one the better as there is clearly no plan or strategy in place it will become another panic appointment and then they are sacked in 6 months time.

Almost 32000 fans have renewed and this is how the club are going about things, they don't deserve the fans.
