Speakman for me is definitely a red herring. He's the problem, sure, but KLD is letting him be the problem, continuously.

Not doubting you.. but how do you actually know this a fact

 

Coaches around the world work under structures where they don't get a say or get a limited say in transfers and have coaches given to them by the club so I don't think the structure/model is the problem, it's the person (KS) at the head of the structure that is the issue.
