So assuming we couldn't appoint Still because of his current contract with Reims… then if he’s not coming we have to believe that the next on the list should be a quick appointment… this is becoming embarrassing… I’ve read people say that maybe Still wasn’t our first choice.. if not I firmly believe someone else would already be in the hot seat

I thought right from the Beale sacking that our current framework on transfers and players, along with the heavy involvement of Speakman would put some candidates off.
I hope to god that’s not true because if we get in another Beale, and they don’t bend the system we will have an absolutely disastrous season.

Can you give any context around the shir show behind the scenes?

Really not arsed if it isn't Still. Think he will do well wherever he ends jo but there are 8 million reasons it doesn't get over the line and not all of them amount to the club being a pack of hapless twats.

Nobody has a clue man, not one person on this board has connections close enough to the board or those involved in key decision making to know that people are saying it's a **** show behind the scenes. Its been proven consistently time and time again.
Speakman needs to pack his bags if he fails to appoint us a decent manager with the amount of time he’s had at his disposal. If it’s not Speakman doing the negotiating, then KLD needs to either step back and appoint someone better than Speakman, or sell up…because he’s getting this very wrong.
To be fair, this is probably true. Even people within the organisation won't know the full story, unless they're Speakman or on the board of directors.
