Not sure about Will Still. Well thought of but Reims aren't setting the league alight.
But whoever comes in needs to be allowed to bring their staff with them.
Dont need to kick out what we've got but If the club is to continue its footballing progression then we need to keep bringing in new ideas

Aye. Unless Dodds are proc pull up sowm trees , they need to go back to training ground coaches or moved. On. If we are to go to the next level a new man needs his set up and needs to live and breathe the area.

I hope Dodds really smashes it and makes everyone consider things. Otherwise the above applies.

I don't follow overseas football or watch it but this Will Still fella..what's he done?

I think the club needs a brush through the first team tbh. New coaching team in, recruitment team needs an update at coaching and player level and a refreshed model. Speakman’s done some good but it needs a refresh.

its probably for the best the way it has turned out, I have yet to be convinced with the caretakers , a bit too cosy for my liking, but let see how they do. , they gave me hope once. with a brilliant start against WBA and Leeds which proved a false dawn, as they went back to the tried and failed-safe TM line up., an inexplicable reversion, suggesting that the promising start was a fluke. Beale never gave us any hope at all , we needed a quick fix and he just wasn't up to it, no plan A or B, in fact little obvious plan at all to hang your hat on, wrong man wrong place end of story . I think we should now sound out a couple of younger coaches from successful Premiership or Championship club's with a that little bit of quality. to match our Owner's ambitions . OaU .
Why on earth does the coach have to be 'young'
Age does not matter, ability and effectiveness are what counts

Makes you wonder why we gave beale a 2.5 year contract if still was available in the summer and interested. Why not give it to dodds till the end of the season in the first place.
i think dodds didn't want it mate

Who's to say Still would even come. Reims are historically one of the biggest clubs in France, their owner is very rich, and they aren't developing a reputation for being trigger happy.

Steve Cooper is the man we need.

He would be my choice, knows the league, has a cracking reputation of coaching young players and ive seen him impact many games with his subs or tactical tweaks

Previously i thought we had no chance but i cant see many openings in the PL at the minute so he might have ti drop to the championship again. West ham job will open up but i reckon theyll go for a foreign coach or go after mckenna
