to be fair marra, most of the rest came from other posters asking questions, although he did get into a habit of repeating himself...being honest here, there is summit about still that i don't like but i cannot put my finger on it, maybe the same as @Blond Bombshell saw but i did watch the whole video which did 'calm me down' and if the board get him then he gets my support as always.

Yes Dodds has done well but it’s two games and we know his strengths lie with player development. We need and out and out coach that’s an improvement on Mowbray otherwise like you say it’s all been for nothing.

it’s the constant one sentence response coupled with telling people they’re desperate that is grinding on people.

He’s also very clearly going overboard. Calling somebody he’s never met an “arrogant prick” based on one sentence, is very different to getting bad vibes off somebody. He was basically looking to provoke reactions and he got them.

No. You called him an 'arrogant prick' based on one sentence which might possibly be the least arrogant sentence i've ever came across. Opinions are fine if you can back them up, insults based on nothing are not fine.

Exactly. Look forward to their story when they try and get us to believe sacking the head coach and giving it to dodds is part of the 5 year plan to get back to PL

Last season 2 of the 3 coaches that went up were Paul Heckingbottom and Rob Edwards, I'm pretty sure the fanbase would be unhappy if either of them were brought in. The name of the coach does not matter, the experience of the coach does not matter, the correct fit does matter. Stop reading and believing every article and every supposed ITK and maybe you would have a better outlook.

I really dont think it will be Dodds. No idea who it will be, but it wont be Dodds. I dont think the club will want the look it will create after the statements they made after Mowbray went. I also dont think Dodds will want it personally. His reputation, thanks at least publically to the Bellinghams, is excellent at what he does. He could probably get a top gig at prem level as head of player development or something similar, if players keep coming through under him here. Not every coach wants the top job, they get satisfaction from seeing players grow and develop. I see him as that character personally. That sort of character is not easy to find and it would leave a big hole in out setup if he wasnt in it.

Some of these articles don’t make a lot of sense to me. So Still approached us to basically try and get an uplift in salary or power at Reims. Big problem with that theory is what if Sunderland didn’t want him? We’d turn him down, he’d lose a lot of support at Reims with the club/supporters and then probably doesn’t get his pay increase anyways. Seems like an irrational risk to me. I think there is a lot of interest from both sides but defo a possibility he wants to stay and try and qualify for Europe which is understandable. Imo I think he’ll end up here, sure we’ll know at some point this week
