If we pay that 600k then it’s good times surely

I guess he might not even end up being our first choice. I know he talks a very good game, seems the kind that would get on with Speakman and in many ways ticks every single box. But I’ve got no idea how good he actually his.

Heck this time last week I’d never heard of him :D

Me neither, that podcast and him bollocking in two languages the won me over (easily pleased)

to be fair mate football doesn't work like that now sadly, it's all over now agents talking to other clubs before anything gets sorted sadly
Of course. We cannot interview him until they allows us permission though. Serious consequences for that

Every man and his dog knows that agents act as middle man and have tentative discussion about what's on the table. Doesn't mean it can be formally pursued.

Any information from any source that says he's been interviewed by SAFC for the vacant role is completely false unless it's also known we've been granted permission.

I’ve known about Still for a while now and been massively impressed. As soon as his name was linked I thought not a chance we manage to get him. He’s by far my number 1 choice.

Don’t know much about Hellberg, but don’t want Sable, too much of a risk with him never managing before (although that worked out okay with Keane).

Exactly that. There’s a few ppl on here trying to prove they know stuff which they probably do, but most in the club don’t know who has been approached etc. it’s a very very small circle that’s involved in the process.

Can’t categorically say it’s completely false in the same way nobody can say it’s definitely true. None of this is binary. An interview can be a phone call rather than a formal sit down in a hotel etc

That kind of thing happens all the time without permission.

i didn't say interview i said talks

From scanning through all these posts I'm guessing Still is most people's first choice but I think it will be Hellberg.
I hope it's Still though.

Think it could still be absolutely anyone. Hadn’t heard of either Still or Hellberg until this week. If somebody suddenly tweets about some other random manager from Israel it could be them as well :D

I think Still could be a decent fit, willing to work under the system, built himself up etc etc... but I have no idea why people are fawning over him. The videos i've seen of him don't inspire me particularly. He doesn't talk a particularly good game. Could just be that he's not one for the media, of course.

I'm good with either of them. Not so keen on Sablé but that's simply because I know absolutely nothing about him. Trust the club whoever they bring in though, they've earned that.

Same. Sable is least inspiring for me out of all of them I’ve seen properly linked. Which let’s face it is just these three
