Surely above our station now no?
Maybe, but hope not. Will he think he has peaked at Luton now? Will other prem clubs look at him? I think he could be tempted, but in all honesty I suspect we are going a different route. Would be a good candidate for us though I think.

Nah I think he's above our station. Luton will either stay up or be relegated with parachute payments and a promotion ready squad and I really doubt he'll be sacked

I want a manager who can grow with the club. Reservations about ‘Hecky’ being good enough to manage in the prem.

Gonna tell you a story from the horses mouth, last year when Sheff utd were skint and I mean skint.
At the end of the month no staff were paid, the groundsman had to get lime white powder to do lines at training ground and Bramhall Lane from Sheffield Uni.
Hecky had to deal with all kinds of ****e in his last 4 month, cos the owner would not spend anything for the club, till he got threatened by the PFA and about 10 other bodies who were owed money.
He then borrowed money to pay the wages etc.
That's a fact.
Thick skinned is hecky if he's got the tools he will do the job anywhere

It's a fascinating league with so many different manager profiles.

There's the proven Championship managers - Farke, Wagner, Corberan, Robins etc.

The managers who have came up from the lower leagues and done well - McKenna, Lowe

Then those with no experience in England who are turning clubs around - Rohl, Cifuentes.

I don't think a specific profile of head coach is a necessity for success in this league, but a good one absolutely is.

Cooper would be unbelievably ambitious, but would probably be unattainable in my opinion. I just think his stock is high enough that he'll hold on for a Premier League job.
Not getting the cooper thing, don't get me wrong hes a decent manager just don't get the he will hold for a premier league job thing. He record in the premier league wasn't great

Watching “the Mackem Miracle - Roy Keane’s Sunderland story” on YouTube (again). Don’t think Keano is the answer now, but these young players needs standards from anyone coming in. Someone who can galvanise not just the players, but the city. Very difficult task to find that person, but we need a personality in here who demands the best for us lot.
