Understand that Facto & what you say is right, but I'm with goldie on this one. Dont think we have the same type of owners....

Besides, Stevenage would look good in our nice shiny ground.....

Point is, we've got to decide whether to take the plunge or not......I say yes....even if it is 4 years off......

lets do the ground work now on land, design, planning, build, costing, staffing and Project management. If it comes to nothing, then its cost nothing (well not a massive amount). If we find its feasable we can plan it in to our development dependant on progression and demand.
Always better to be prepared than not mate

This is amazing how all this talk of a new ground started by some guy on this site. It has spread over all our boards and twitter!
I'm not saying he is but he may be just a WUM who is talking rubbish?

Mate i like the 'Stadium threads' I like the pictures of new grounds as well. I think we all know the board is looking for a site and has intentions of building a new stadium and i guess we all want it now but i think we will have to wait a bit.

One thing for sure, when it does happen it will be the ground of all grounds because they will build something special.

The club simply cannot move forward until we get a new stadium. The small capacity is stopping us from being financially self sufficient.

And I agree with Queenslander, it must be investigated in the very near future as in 3 years time we could well need one. There is no point starting then, it takes years to design, build, and fit out the stadium.

I would love to see it either on the BBC site, or the Unigate site as that is a perfect location right near Westfield, great transport links (we could even build another station on the overground line right outside the stadium).
