What would you do different and how do you know they won’t sell loads of them? Personally think the home one is one of the best we’ve had in recent years.

I'd much rather buy a retro top nowadays so it's a long time since I'd consider buying new kits to be honest but even if I did an iron on badge would stop me. Someone on twitter hit the nail on the head for me "it looks like a Nike top with a Sunderland badge, not a Sunderland top with a Nike tick"
Is it just a coincidence that it's not for sale until after the Coventry game, because we don't want see too many people in the Coventry colours?
Its partly because its not a direct deal with Nike, its a third party arrangement. We get some bespoke elements but not to the same extent as a Premier League club would.
That's what I mean - if they had that as the away shirt, I reckon every Sunderland fan that could afford would buy one.
Sort of like it but it could have been so much better. I wish we could get someone like this lad to do our kit - this is a kit he did for the team he sponsors
