WandaVision has started streaming on Disney+.

First two episodes live now and then another episode every Friday from 8am.

Starts off as a celebration of sitcoms from previous decades before moving into a story to start the next phase of the MCU.

We have just finished The Handmaids Tale.
    Deeply unsettling but brilliant.
Elisabeth Moss and Ann Dowd's performances are incredible.

Just finished watching The Serpent on iPlayer - true story about a serial killer in Thailand in the 1970s.

A very good watch. Very intense and hard to believe such a thing ever happened in real life! Crazy stuff.

Just finished watching Lupin, it’s a decent story, slightly spoiled by the dialogue.

It was made in France and is dubbed, they’ve done a decent job of matching the dialogue with the movement of the mouths, but the tone of the dialogue often doesn’t match the action, which is a bit irritating.

i always try and get a different copy and watch with subtitles. i see there is french dialogue and dubbed versions available.
    its very rare dubbing works
    apart from in spaghetti westerns

btw i cant believe no one has watched Babylon Berlin. Its real authentic set in Berlin in the late twenties with all the unrest due to the communist riots.
it prompted me to watch a film called look whos back. also german with subtitles. quite funny at times and disturbing at others.

some of the footage was shot borat syle with unsuspecting members of the public.
i wanted to turn it off in the middle of the film as it changed direction.
