It's on SSN now. It's 6.6m so that's a hefty 50% loss in what we paid for him.

The £13m reported fee that we paid was a maximum fee, conditional on various things.
I doubt we've paid north of £10m for him, which is still about £9.9999m too much
I reckon the £6.6m will cover out what we owe on him - believe we bought him with installments over 4 years so without adding any interest it the slate wiped clean as we're about half way ish.

A profit on Khazri could cover any losses we are delt but yeah hopefully most or all of him will be paid off.
You can see what's happening here, He's going to ask us to supplement his wages until 2021. He can get ****ed.

He must be asking himself, why give up £40k a week, (or whatever it is).
However, in this case it might not be so bad.
While he's no great shakes, and certainly not up to it in The Premier League, I expect he would be useful in this league.
This may not be the preferred option, but it is at least an option.
My assumption that The Club was in charge in Transfer Negotiations is coming apart somewhat.

Yes, you're right. Knowing our club he'll be on £50k a week
He was on £70k odd per week when we got relegated with no clause in the contract for a reduction unless we didn’t go up first time.
Naturally we didn’t so now he reduces by 40% so yeah he will be on £40k odd per week.
