Thank **** sometime within the next few weeks, all this name change stuff will be done and dusted, and we can get back to falling out with each other/ disliking each other for other reasons.
 
A very good source tells me council having meeting next week to discuss changing name to tiger city for 2017.
Something to do with year of culture and beer sponser.
Also the fair is going to craven park area from 2016.
Egg chasers to be one team Hull Harriers from 2016 at craven pk colours black and red, Ap/ NH will deny for now.
Apartments, hotels, bars, multi storey car park on walton st by 2017.
AA to be honary mayor in 2017.
If city/tigers win fa cup aa/sb to be given freedom of city.

I'm not reading through the last few weeks to see if I've missed it, but are CTWD planning anything in particular for the Arsenal match? (the PL one, not the potential cup final)

It's in the Easter holidays, a week after we play the semi at Wembley, and with a tea time kickoff it means the game will be in play at 19:04 on 19/04.

The date has not escaped us, we plan to hold our AGM ahead of the game and we'll be inviting all our members to come along and vote in all the officer roles within the organisation. Full details of the timing, location, the officer roles(and sub-group roles) will be posted shortly and anyone can submit an application to stand for election.

Obviously, that date is beyond the date of the FA vote, so the purpose of the group may be significantly different by that point(it's future role is for it's new officers to decide).

It should all be settled by pro and anti name change having a huge scrap in the stand mid match at wembley.

If the name change was believed to be the cause of hooliganism it'd never be passed.
