Not reducing the loans maintains his interest repayments and maximises his group tax losses muscle.

Yep I wasn't aware that he was just making interest repayments. Seems pretty **** as he's basically receiving an annuity from the club.

i used to watch hull at boothferry park loads of times stood on bunkers hill with nigh on 40 000 fans inside in the heady days ive also watched them in fourth division in front of 4 000 fans when the quality wasnt brilliant im now watching them in the premier league compete against the best there is around and ive got to say if it wasnt for the allams and their huge investment i think i would be watching mediocre football with no atmosphere again some of the fans want to be more grateful and not bite the hand that feeds them id rather watch hull tigers in the prem then hull city in the 2nd division and if it carrys on much longer i think we'll be watching the latter, lets get behind the chairman and show him we appreciate what hes trying to do bringing quality football and quality players to our team .

I'm sorry that Mr. Allam won't allow the fans to show the gratitude you speak of due to his arrogance and complete refusal to compromise on this matter, but in any case, I can't take you seriously given your refusal to use commas or any other appropriate grammar in your sentence formation.

basically the allams can do whatever change name, colour stadium i dont give a f**k because i will wear my shirt with the tigers badge on my chest with pride for ever plus buried with it...game over.

The game will be over when the FA decides its over.

2 criteria ..

1 - is there another club under that name

2 - is there a "lower level club" local under that name ...

(these are both from and east riding FA rep just so you know)

that's it sorry to say (following on the MK dons principle) which to be fair they lost control .. but if they were to "write" new rules .. it will take a lot longer than this season so expect it regardless

The FA Rules say that it is up to the FA council's absolute discretion. There are no other rules which says only if there is no other team with the name. So if the FA rep thinks that there are two other rules he or she is mistaken. We'll see who is right shortly when the FA finally speak.

Obi, I am with you on this.

A boycott will not work.

Just some thoughts:
Next seasons passes will be late and cost more

There will be no season pass sales in E1-2-3, that area will be made a total family zone.

No bulk moves, East stand will be spread out amongst then South and West Stands.

Bronze, silver and gold match system will add 30% to the average season pass.

If supporters stay away it will be because of the price change and nothing to do with the name.

Are you just having a muse or hearing whispers about next season?

If the article in 200% is correct and there is little chance of getting millions in from the name change then you're right he'll have to increase prices.

This is an entirely fresh opinion totally warranting a thread of its own!

it has to be said the matchday experience hasnt really changed much since i became a regular in 1997 , (i had been before plenty of times as a kid and teenager 77-91 but 97 was when i was at every home game, the odd reserve game and my first away games ,
Today the exposure is better and there is a different feel good factor about being in the Prem - but the actual day out isnt any different , infact the very best days were for me under Joyce and Little .
My favourite ever game is still when we beat Swansea 7-4 , i think it was Hateleys first win and it was a barmy day

Well said mate.I don't normally visits these sites due to the negativity by some posters. You will probably find that most of the posters on line, on these sort of sites are CTWD,arm chair supporters and plane idiots.Prime example is the grammar watcher who replied to your post, prbably never been to a game in his life. Most of the supporters don't visit online sites they go to games instead.
I'm only posting now, just to show you support as we are the majority who wants our club to carry on and progress the way its been going.Look at the slating Deno got on this site, because of his veiw on 5live.One minuet a hero the next a fool.
I found the silly old man on sky sports didn't only make CTWD look stupid but all the Tigers fans ,what an embarssment.
Mr Allam maybe out spoken, bit simply with no argument, he saved our club.He knows the support he's got from the majority of fans, that's why he said what he said.
I'm a pass holder and love every minuet of the way things are.By theway I was there standing on bunkers hill with 4000 fans and less watching very poor quality fooball, but like yourself always showed support.
I know I'm going to get slated, ridiculed and grammar slagged but who cares, this is my veiw as is the majority.I wont be replying or visiting this site again but i will be supporting my team unless CTWD fxxk it up.
I think CTWD are splitting the club, the fan base and destroying the best time in the clubs history.
I hope that silly old man with his train hat full of badgies, is proud when he see's all the kids with there
City kits on who are our future fans, if he gets what he want's when were none existant or in league 2 or lower they will all be back sporting manu and liverpool strips.

Well done tigers1 for your post will be cheering the lads on at Norwich on Saturday.

Up the Tigers!

NEW OFFICIAL SUPPORTERS CLUB POLL

City Till We Die welcomes the decision by Hull City Official Supporters Club (HCOSC) to poll all of its members once again on the issue of a name change to “Hull Tigers”, in order to supply the FA with more comprehensive data on the views of their members.

A one-page ballot paper has been sent to all HCOSC members, along with a Freepost envelope in which to return the completed form. The deadline for returning forms is Thursday 23 January.

The question asked is: “Do you agree to the Club’s request to change its playing name from Hull City AFC to Hull Tigers?” (Yes/No)

We fully support any initiative which seeks to gain a clearer view of Hull City supporters’ opinions on this important issue, and commend the HCOSC for spending funds on facilitating this ballot.

City Till We Die urges all HCOSC members (some of whom are also members of CTWD) to take part in this important vote. In the words of the HCOSC Board of Directors, “Please don’t waste this opportunity to have a say on the future of your club.”

Mr stick.....take it from me it's piss poor nowadays compared to the 70's

Standing.
Away day footy specials.
Even the aggro .

It's not as good as it use to be .

All votes / polls are void unless the question is this .

Hull City without Assem Allam.

Hull Tigers with Assem Allam.

Because thats what He has turned the question into.

Or not. As somebody pointed out under we could be Hull City under Ehab with Assem still in charge of Allamhouse Limited the company that owns Hull City.

Smoke and mirrors.

If he decided to sell the question would have to include "Hull City under whoever buys it". It could be somebody like Bartlett, yes but it could also be somebody like Shiek Mansour. If a billionaire came in and developed the ground and the team how would you vote?

To the questions I put chances are I would vote Hull City without him

I really don't like having a gun held at my head with his ****ing threat to **** off if the fa say no .

Flash backs to Mr Lloyd's days.

I hope we don't buy Shane long .
I hope we don't spend another penny

Good morning Filey. It depends on whether you think he will walk away if the FA decide against the name change as the vast majority would prefer Hull City with Assem Allam.
