What I like about Aouchiche is that seems not only a very busy player but extremely focused. He wants to be a part of every play that goes on. Loved his reaction to the goal he scored. This lad is going to be some player for us. I don't know about his personality but I would think he would be pretty intense which is good. A great find for us so well done the recruit team. Loved the cameo from Mayenda......he was taller than I thought he would be and as he grows to me will become a beast. Wow we have some great players now....joy to watch but we have to remember in terms of getting results with these young lads we are a work in progress.

Takes a canny free kick if the one I seen him take for the U21's is anything to go by.

I think the club have a strategy of letting players bed in - especially those not used to the league / country - before giving them much game time. I think its wise.

Let them fully adapt, see how things work and lower pressure on them. We've got quite an impatient fan base too - the last thing we need is people getting frustrated when the new players don't pull up trees immediately.

Saying that, I do think that Adil will start matches sooner rather than later.

Apparently Mowbray said Adil was due to start against Leicester but picked up a slight strain but is now back ready to start a game which will happen soon.

<laugh> He arrived highly rated. Mad how much depth we’ve now got.

Just like I think a certain someone isn’t the right build for a CB I don’t think Jobe is right for a 10.

It seems bonkers to me to play a 6’3 powerhouse in that role behind the striker he should be in the centre of midfield in a sort of mezzala role getting up and down the pitch.

Aouchiche seems perfect for that 10 role and as harsh it is I’d be dropping Ekwah to do everything I can to make Jobe and Neil work together in the middle with Aouchiche as the 10.

Especially the way we have play we’re playing against teams who sit with men behind the ball we need a cute footballer in there playing between the lines and not to take anything away from the boy because for what it’s worth I think from all the players in our squad he’ll be the one who goes on to great things but not as a 10.

I have a feeling we might get offers for Jobe sooner than we think, opening up another space in the midfield.

Be the last of the midfield 3 I’d sell to be honest but if a big £40m offer came in I’d pack his bags and drive him to the airport myself :emoticon-0102-bigsm

Nice to have in and around the team. Midfield is light so any knocks or light injuries then he comes in for me. Dack seems to be a waste of a signing and wage, when we have Prichard who is significantly better. That said, he may move on so Dack will be used sparingly with AA and Jobe rotating for the other spot.

I think we have much more of a cutting edge with Dack in the team. He knits the midfield and attack together more effectively than Pritchard. A midfielder not obsessed with beating a man two or three times before moving the ball.

Not sure we have seen any evidence of this whatsoever so far whilst in a Sunderland shirt.

I think there are European clubs who would be willing to pay £15m right now, off reputation alone. If he can start dominating the midfield you can start adding to that right away.

Adil is a proper, proper player.

Loves the ball and wants to make things happen, fearless and just carries the ball so naturally.

Agree fully he should be getting more minutes he could easily do Amad job but he’s a bit better wrong foot so could combine with both wingers.

Jobe for me absolutely warrants his place though. To pick 2 from Jobe, Neil and Ekwah is tough enough but there’s a few more too.

If a striker hits some form **** me we will be a good side (I mean we already are but if you hoy 10-12 goals in there we up Leicesters arse)

I think Dack is a David Platt/Frank Lampard type ie likes arriving late into the box finding space to finish, that can work well if we have a forward willing to drop a little deeper where Dack can move into those spaces, might be worth starting him with Rusyn, it could be a match made in heaven.

I 100% agree. I think we could develop Jobe into a £50million box-to-box player. Easily.

His brother might want him at Real Madrid. Might get a silly offer on the back of that.

In a year or two's time I don't think that is out of the question. The money they would make on shirt sales alone would probably pay for the transfer fee.
