No just a striker. He played rw for us once or twice but was ****e. He's the quick kind of forward to get in behind a defence just hasn't seemed to find his feet yet.

By the way tigers are a million times harder than lions, lions are like little chavs who have to hunt in packs coz they're pussies and can't fight alone <ok>

When we had him on loan from Arsenal a couple of seasons back he played right wing for us. Jackett usually does this with pacey strikers (Grabban), a bit like what Wenger did with Thierry Henry.

I would have him back down The Den as a front man. He might not have settled in Hull and I saw the opening game when he came on against Blackpool and missed a sitter. Confidence looks low, but after getting 1 or 2, he could be a right handful.

I will say that personally I rate him and hope if he does go it is only on loan and not for the 300k being banded around because I can see him kicking off his career with you lot and bagging a few, plus sods law he'll most likely score against us. What options do you have for him to play alongside?

Good luck to the lad, he'll partner Darius Henderson up top I would of thought. I'm sure he'll bang in the goals, just needs to get some confidence.

Exactly, and he just had a baby as he signed. I've seen it mentioned on our board that Pearson doesn't rate him, personally I think he is a good player, definitely needs help with confidence though.

He did well for us when we had him on a season loan from Arsenal and was our player of the season and was at QPR & West Brom while previously on loan with them. Can't see that he's become a bad player overnight and when you bought him from Arsenal he apparently said prior to that that he'd like to join us but who knows if he actually said it. <ok>

He was very good when on loan to us in 2007 but doesn't seem to have improved since signing for Hull. Looks as thjogh he has put on a lot of weight and isn't as quick as he used to be. However, if we get him for £300k could be another master signing as, coupled with moving back to London, I am sure that KJ will get the best out of him.

His touch and pace have seemed to definately have gown downhill, if he plays ten games without scoring stick by him as he will probably eventually get goals, he is not a 15 a year man though currently, but i would rather Waghorn and Fryatt so not disappointed to see him go.

We wont sell for less than 600K as Arsenal have a clause on him so they get money from him in his next sale. We wont go less than 600K to get something from that.

Last year just after we beat Swindon i woke up with an impressive hard on, as i recalled my dream it was Millwall getting promoted to the Premiership and our star strikers were Jay Simpson and Danny Haynes, maybe my dream was a year early, so if Jay does sign and we pick up Danny in the Christmas transfer window, get your dosh on Millwall to go up this season:1980_boogie_down:.

Well, If you get Haynes at Christmas, you wont have Simmo, as its only a 6 month deal.
