Is the season over already or something?

It is for Liverpool and Arsenal - they achieved what they set out to do this season by winning today. Hand out the trophies please.

Utd got exactly the same points (4) last season from the corresponding fixtures last season. Spurs didn't play Palace, but got the same results v Swansea (h) and Arsenal (a). So if anyone is drawing conclusions 1/13th of the way through the season, what should it be?

wtf does that matter? You had a different manager and the teams you've played have different players and managers. You're clinging to straws.

I predicted that it would be the Mousers who would be unbearable, but it turns out to be Gooner wums.

Don't know about you guys, but I'm a bit worried that 'Pool might actually make top 6, this season.

Don't worry HAIG, three more victories and the mousers will have already qualified for next seasons CL together with talk of lifting the trophy. 'We're back, It's gong to be our decade'

Ouch...

Think the good thing for us is we have 9 points on the board at the start of September. It took until October last year.

Last season we had half a team, no depth and had already shipped 5 goals.

still delusional at pool,foredeck Dave,say's he wouldn't want Ozil or Bale,because the player's they have will surpass both of them <laugh>

Ozil.
Much more intelligent player for me. A player for almost any type of game, whereas Bale blows hot and cold a bit.
Think Real may have dropped one on this deal, but we'll see.

<doh>
That's right, pal. Nail your colours to the mast.

The whole point about Bale is that it doesn't matter if he's not playing great. If he gets the ball near the halfway line when the opposition defence is pushed up then it's a goal. If you don't double or triple mark him when he's 30 yards out then it's a goal too. He'll let the other multimillion pound stars do the tippy tappy stuff whilst he and Ronaldo will wreak havoc on La Liga defences, so long as Ronaldo doesn't sulk.

No Yoda - last season you had a 1 man team. This season you have a team bought from a list of players not wanted by teams competing in the Champions League.
