Villa have proved they have a very good offensive outfit, and I believe will ruin a fair few teams on the counter this season. He should be optimistic but keep it within the camp, within the group and remain grounded. The rest can see with their eyes. Have that quiet confidence and don't get the fans hopes up so high that expectations become unrealistic. He made comments about a 'top two' finish last year, and looked a fool.
