Thanks for that Spursdeciple. I was a bit confused as to the meaning of the song. I think I have said several times on here, I did visit WHL in to 70's, cracking game, and no animosity from ther Spurs supporters. Enjoy the odd trip onto this board, but goonercymraeg banned me from the Arsenal board. got my own back on his girlfreinds though, I stood outside the field gate with a jar of mint sauce. Police moved me on for sheep worrying
That comment alone sums up the majority of Mouser supporters, their deluded sense of entitlement and their deluded arrogance is typical of the plastic glory hunter.
Got quite busy on this thread. I expect it will quieten down once Spurs start embarrassing themselves again. UEFA ranking is irrelevant where Spurs and United are concerned as you have to be in it to win it.
Most of your lot stopped contributing though, unfortunately. Started with the slip, then the exodus was completed by the "surprise" Suarez move. Who's he being replaced by, by the way? I assume it's not Lambert and Remy's deal got called off. What's the rumour mill throwing up?
Your wasting your breath PleaseNotPoll, they are sill suffering from this "owed success" ever since the premiership began. for the first five it was amusing the next five boring the five after that the needle stuck the next five, back to be amusing and the following 5 hilarious, especially after last years slip and the 3-3 draw. ,
I don't think you need a ranking to tell you that Barca signing Suarez, Real Madrid getting Rodriguez alongside Bale and Ronaldo v Liverpool signing ex-Rochdale & Bristol Rovers 30 odd year old striker Ricardo Lamberto is the biggest f***ing mis-match in the history of the European Cup/CL
Mousers have been quiet since they've rebadged the club as The Merseyside Saints. What can they say, though? They must know they have been made a laughingstock before the season's begun; and I cannot believe that there is not a single red Mouser out there who isn't secretly worried about the embarrassments to come. It's going to be comedy gold for all of us, this coming season.
The 3 saints players - Lambert, cheap, scores goals, gives us something different off the bench, on very low wages, boyhood club so will give 110% everytime he plays. Lallana, overpriced, very exciting player, made Southampton tick, fit's our style of play perfectly, technically brilliant, was in the PL team of the season last season - Happy days for me. Lovren, Exactly what we need, a true leader at the back, hopefully Lovren and Sakho will hit it off and be our CB pairing for a while. Slightly overpriced, but when you think Arsenal paid £16mil for Chambers (who?!?) then it softens the blow!!! But Lovren for me is what we missed last season. Not Southampton - but look out for Lazar Markovic on the left, 20 years old and is the real deal.
HIAG remind me who you've bought? I hear you're also in on the Southampton raid now Will the last person at St Mary's please turn out the lights?
Downing and Carroll were better than Lallana and Lambert, and look how well that turned out! And Lovren looked good in a team that finished 8th.
