Ah I see! Well if you can get your hands on a PS3 it's always there, it would be good to play it before Bloodborne comes out. I know it will be different to this but I guess it will have similar traits, being made by the same people. And with Watch Dogs to keep you company until then, you are sorted!
What they have created on PS3 baffles me, with the power of PS4 at their hands, I dread to think about what they will do!
I feel like I missed a lot on the PS3. I'm so excited for The Last of Us Remastered, I've somehow avoided spoilers so I'm very excited to play it.
Did you trade your PS3 in when you went to PS4 then?
I have never played The Last of Us, so I will certainly wait and play the Remastered edition when I do get a PS4. I see they also bought out a Tomb Raider remaster didn't they, that would be worth playing if you hadn't before. And GTA V is also coming out for it too ain't it?
It really pisses me off that the machines are not backwards compatible these days (or whatever it's called), on my original fat PS3 I could play older Playstation games on it, then it busted, so I got one of the slim ones that doesn't have the feature. I know you can download some classics from the PS store thing, but they don't have everything.
PS4 is not backwards compatible either is it? If it was, and I could play Dark Souls and GTA etc, I would have got a PS4 a long time ago.
Noooope. My career trajectory is N64/PS1 to PS2 to 360 to PS4. I have no brand loyalty, just go for what I think is best at the time.
I haven't tried Tomb Raider yet, but I might. Will be staying away from GTA V, played through it on 360 and it still works if I want to go back to it.
The backwards compatibility thing really pisses me off, PS4 isn't backwards compatible at all, but they're coming out with a Netflix-style thing (I think it's called Playstation Now?) where you can stream/download games from PS1/2/3 to play, which should be awesome.
Anyone ever had a girlfriend with a really annoying mate? My girlfriend's mate yesterday came to town with us even though me and my girlfriend had planned for just us two to go. I said no but she came anyway and changed where we were having lunch. She's now having a go at me because her friend his ill and in a bad mood, and apparently me talking to my girlfriend is annoying her?! Every time me and my girlfriend argue (which isn't that often), she pops up and has a go at me and makes things 100 times worse, even though I don't get involved when them two argue, and I didn't interrupt their meet up today like they did with mine yesterday!
Hahaha, no. But this reminds me of a story my mate told me last night about this girl he likes and her annoying friend. So it did raise a smile.

I see, so you missed the PS3 out, and skipped over to XBox for a generation! My history has been never Nintendo (original Gameboy aside of course!) or Xbox. I was Sega Megadrive 2, then all the PS family up until 3, the family will be united when number 4 arrives.
I can remember old Nintendos being played before I was old enough to play, so being the rebel I was I went to Sega when I had finally come of age
I also find it interesting how I've apparently become a misogynist (she didn't use that word because she won't know what it means, but she said I treat women like crap) and how I put no effort into my relationship, despite talking to her everyday and meeting up once a week/fortnight. She lives in Landford so ages away from Southampton.
The main reason was that almost everyone I knew was getting a 360, so it was a social choice. By PS4 I didn't know many of the people I used to play with any more, so I just went for the one I thought was best - I have a few uni friends I play PS4 with regularly though, so it's all good!

My brother too is the Nintendo guy, he had the Gamecube! I never played on that haha. I loved me Sega, Sonic, Streets of Rage, Golden Axe etc You should be able to get most of those on PS3 and eventually PS4 by the sounds of it.
Remember when there was the big hacking thing, and you were not aloud to sign into the PSN for absolutely ages? They let you download some games for free to make amends. Streets of Rage 2 was available so I got that, and Wipeout and a few others. Streets of Rage 2 was a delight to play again!
Dated a girl whose best friend was absolutely psychotic. Insane fights with her rotating cast of boyfriends/attempted fights with me. Threw a fit because my girlfriend off-handedly decided that she thought I'd look good with a mustache (no I'm not sure why, either) and I opted against it given that I'd have instead looked like a should have a set of binoculars outside a kindergarten.
It's an odd one, certainly. Most women are perfectly sane people. The best friends of most women are entirely insane. I don't quite know how the math works there.
If one of my male friends gets a girlfriend, I'll be like 'oh right, well done mate'.
If a girl gets a boyfriend, her mates have to know everything about the relationship/the boyfriend and always get involved and make things worse!

I went to my dad's graduation at the open Uni (too poor to pursue Uni when he was young) it was really fantastic. Fingers crossed he'll be able to come to mine in 3-4 years.
