I have just had a cheese, ham and avocado sandwich for breakfast.

The weather is overcast but doesn't seem to be as windy today which is good.

Not sure what to have for lunch yet, but I need to phone a guy in a bit to try and sell a hotel to him. After that I can maybe concentrate on lunch.
