The split maiden hurdle at Catterick is incredible, you have a listed flat winner and three interesting horses in opposition in the first division and the second division looks so weak in comparison. How unlucky were connections of Tippmanboy to get put in the first division!

Yes but they do like him a lot Nass and were surprised to be beaten the last day!

Very excited about Tell Us More over fences and this ground and trip should be right up his alley. Looked a chaser since day one but he's got to go and show it.

I'm also going to play SNOW FALCON 40/1 in what is a very odd 3m Christmas Hurdle.

Off to Ibrox today.....small play Carlingford Lough 11s seems to like Leapardstown. Bigger play Rangers HT FT 7/4 Hibs flattered by league position. Ranger dominate posession and key man Nicky Law to add midfield steel..Miller back fully fit also... spoilt for choice today..

I'm taking abit of risk backing Tell Us More as he has been off the track since the Supreme Novices but he does go well fresh and Willie should have him spot on for this.My only concern is Spoofer is on it and he has already got 8//11 beat in the first by setting out like a scolded cat.9/4 decent price.
The Pertemps handicapp hurdle is a mare but I always like backing Charles Byrnes runners in these types of races and was on Leave at Dawn when he won at Cheltenham last month.11/2 Ew will do.
The novice handicapp hurdle is another tough one for punters but I think Herminator can score for Mullins 5/1

Apologies if I'm being thick but does B Cooper have first choice on WP Mullins' horses?

Race of the day and I genuinely can't believe no ones mentioned it, that beginners chase is pure novice chasing porn... :emoticon-0115-inlov The beast that is Tell us More, a real nice horse who was second to Pont Alexandre and a horse that followed home Jezki and the Fly on his last start... This always produces a good winner, Djakadam won it in the past and last year, a very good horse of Liz Doyle's who sadly lost it's life won. Better race than the Lexus! That's a Don Poli procession :emoticon-0103-cool:

<rofl> **** right off

if Tell Us Less cant beat that lot easily he will be out of Closutton faster than you can say "we will be leaving the decision on which race in Cheltenham as late as possible"

seriously beefy, I know you like glamorizing some of this stuff but Balbir Du Mathan, Zabana and Blazer? never has a turd been more highly polished

Better than the Lexus <laugh>

Blaire Perrone and Mr Diablo

Tell Us Less must be a fair way down the pecking order

Didn't finish his race again at all.

Mullins felt he had addressed any issues he had last year so that will be disappointing.

Deserves one more chance as that was reappearance but he has to show improvement next time.

Question for you guys, when a horse jumps left on a left handed circuit(Tell Us More) what exactly can they do to sort that?

Not for the first time this season I am on CLOUDY BOB 7/1 Leicester 2.00
He usually finds a way to get himself beaten but off his current mark he is too well in to ignore.

Doubling him up also ten minutes later with SWING HARD @ 15/2

Hope you're right with Cloudy Bob mate, I've got it in singles and double with Melvin The Grate @ 10/1 in the 2:25 Lingfield

Knew that race was up for an outsider. Picked the one that fell!

Davy Russell makes his point yet again.

Dessie on the sherry again "Alpha Des Obeaux the renowned stayer who goes on again" ...Horse has never won beyond 2m4f under rules!

The Lexus will take some getting today, haven't seen the ground like that in Leopardstown as bad in a long time.

Mullins has also stated Arctic Fire will be aimed firmly at the Champion Hurdle in March. I'd say the Ruby had a big part in getting him to take the chance over 3 miles today. On that evidence he's just a solid 16/20 furlong horse and has no chance of 3 miles. He can mop up some place money at least in them divisions.

Horrible day for punters again at Ltown.Been a decent few days for old JP.Ground is rank and anything can win on that surface.Down for the day after a good day yday but luckily I didnt get to heavily involved.Small stakes at Ltown over Xmas heavily advised!
