JoS' long term replacement must be signed this summer, they need at least a season in each others company. I'd keep JoS until he retires and get him on a player/coach roll after this season.

O Shea had a really good game against England and that was with a dodgy CB beside him. He will be in the mix next season. There are some exciting signings happening now, next season should be very interesting.
