That's bollocks; anything goes as long as a mod has an interest or until they make themself look foolish. Why does a thread have 'to have somewhere to go' for it to stay open, when it is not a broad rule? Is there a clique of opinion that demands conformity? Some threads run to ridiculous lengths against the rules, yet the one closed today was in it's infancy when some called for it's closure; except for one well dressed poster there were no insults, just discussion - what was the problem?

The most sense anyone's ever spoken on this board. There are hundreds are City fans on here and every other day a thread ends up being closed because some **** or ***** decides they don't fancy it anymore and goes running to a mod. It's precisely why people should have voted for me to be mod instead of PLT*
