I just pointed out that we had a no politics rule on here, you can snigger and joke about anything you like.

"I think you can take these things too seriously, it's a football forum and half of what's posted is a piss-take or is very much tongue in cheek."

So this falls on erm ? And the Mboyo rape is fair game and to be joked about ?

As the mods are very much in favor of this, i think it will be cleaned up for you

No religion, no politics, but jokes are fine.

I really don't think it's complicated.

That's bollocks; anything goes as long as a mod has an interest or until they make themself look foolish. Why does a thread have 'to have somewhere to go' for it to stay open, when it is not a broad rule? Is there a clique of opinion that demands conformity? Some threads run to ridiculous lengths against the rules, yet the one closed today was in it's infancy when some called for it's closure; except for one well dressed poster there were no insults, just discussion - what was the problem?

You'd have to take that up with a moderator.

He'll end up with a special thread of his own if he does that.

I like OLM post most of the time ( comes across a nice guy) But found it a bit rich him saying i take things seriously Regarding the rape of a girl,(and makes light hearted of it) But then post this, "important topic"

I hope OLM see's it for what it is and doesn't go on the offensive.

I think you're missing the point.

People can take this piss out of anything they like, they can joke about rape, they can joke about WYP.

I just said this was too important a topic to have the thread closed, just because some dim **** who thinks he's a fried potato tries to derail it.

Politics, racism and generally unacceptable behaviour is fine, as long as its "a joke". Or "banter".

And this is fair DMD? is this what you want OLM ? you want to joke when you want to joke but others carnt

Ffs, they,re still here, just moved to their own thread to save ballsing this one up. These'll join 'em in a bit.

Judging by this thread, the possibility of a certain poster to have had the opportunity to contract Chlamydia seems to me to be highly spurious.
