I can’t back this approachWell done for speaking out? I don't know. I'm in the camp that he'd be playing well with the right manager so think he's right. If he had done this with a manager doing well I don't think I'd back him.
Difficult choice, does a different manager get a tune out of Mo and this team?I can’t back this approach
Will be interest how we deal with this
Could be the end of them both
I think that’s what I would do now
But I think it’s tricky
No idea mateDifficult choice, does a different manager get a tune out of Mo and this team?
I disagree. He can hardly beat anyone in a man-to-man any more - never mind the 2,3 or 4 he used to be able to find his way through. It's frustrating watching him lose possession all the time, and I never feel like he's going to make anything happen.Well done for speaking out? I don't know. Last season he became more of a team player with some quality passes but this season he has just been poor. This isn't the manager's fault and he has every right to drop him - many on here have been calling for it for weeks.
Mo is right that he isn't the reason for the slump - it's the team's inability to defend that's the problem - and that is the manager's responsibility to sort out, but Mo's own performance is his own problem, and he needs to recognise that, and not try to put the blame elsewhere.
I don't see it like that, I feel he should be playing in a more narrow front 3 with the full backs overlapping so that he is in the right areas earlier in the play and that he'll then be more effective. Just a different way of looking at it.I disagree. He can hardly beat anyone in a man-to-man any more - never mind the 2,3 or 4 he used to be able to find his way through. I don't see any evidence that Slot didn't want him - he just isn't playing well enough. It's not just a few games, he's been the same all season and I think Slot has given him plenty of chances to find his form and it just isn't happening for him.Not the right way to go about it at all.
Maybe Mo feels tricked? Realises Slot never wanted him and we got him to sign a deal to make some money from him?
I'm increasingly worried he might **** off if we don't start to improve. On a different note: I haven't been on here as much recently so apologies if anyone has already said this, but I'm getting increasingly impressed by Szoboszlai, who seems to be showing level-headed leadership qualities on and off the pitch.
Me too.I'm increasingly worried he might **** off if we don't start to improve.
