I had problems logging in last night, and ended up having to change my password. I think the total rebuild which the site appears to have undergone has left a few bugs in the subscription directories, which they need to get sorted pdq, or the direct-to-YouTube alternative will make the customer base disappear.
I must admit that the exclusive nature of the Saints Player hasn't been all that exclusive. To be honest, if they have properly knocked back my subscription then I might stop wasting the money and buy a membership instead. Cheaper and possibly better in the long run. But I will investigate
My subscription was cancelled by Player, but I rejoined on a one off basis as I missed catching up on old matches. However, they do need more exclusive stuff to make it worth it. Used to have special interviews on there, but not any more.
They may have cancelled every subscription and you have to sign up again. But I wondered if my card I originally paid by had expired....would need new dates to make it work.
No problem with my subscription, it is probably a change in credit card details that has caused the problem.
