I've been doing brown rice recently. Get the fibre up and complex carbs. Takes fcking forever to cook, but a bit of chicken stock in the water and it's da bomb. You gotta be cooking something worth the effort though otherwise it's not fcking worth it.

I did a whole year without a microwave. Surprisingly easy to live without one. Then got one given to me by my sis which I ended up using until it broke a few months ago and once again no need at all. I've heard that about the risks as well.

Never had one for years. I don’t see the need for one, neither.

Stan is no different...he probably thinks ‘what a ****’ quite often I bet when I say some things but he loves me because I earn that respect as an Alpha male on here

He wanted to kill me for my part in the last Rebelman crusade...I could sense it...he made some comments some of you might regard as snide...but he had earned that...because I can give and take...that makes me the Alpha male I mentioned above
