I've been doing brown rice recently. Get the fibre up and complex carbs. Takes fcking forever to cook, but a bit of chicken stock in the water and it's da bomb. You gotta be cooking something worth the effort though otherwise it's not fcking worth it.

 

Well i dont eat, risotto or paella and just buy pudding

I did a whole year without a microwave. Surprisingly easy to live without one. Then got one given to me by my sis which I ended up using until it broke a few months ago and once again no need at all. I've heard that about the risks as well.

 

You should try risotto mate ... simple to cook but fookin lovely ...
