He was noticeably more confident and assured in his distribution and when he had to come off his line. You can see Pandur second guessing himself in those situations but Rushworth knew what he was doing every time, and did it with little fuss. Couldn't really judge his shot-stopping because there weren't really any realistic ones to stop.

Thats rushworths massive strength
And why he is highly rated

It doesnt mean pandurs not rated or anything as some think so black and white

But rushworths distribution is a complete other level above
Theres no two ways about it

Anyway if hes staying, its good to have two good keepers in case of injury etc

Beats having ingram on the bench

Whoever is the better starts....end of chat for me.

Whoever selles deems the best keeper (from training) starts...end of chat.

We are in no position to be ****ing around.

Except the cross he dropped and the shot he fumbled from 2 things he had to do,. maybe he was cold ...

I remember him briefly dropping a cross because he got smashed into, as happens all the time with lots of keepers. I think you'd have to be looking for problems with him to hold that against him.

if its the one im thinking of
he did really well to regain control of the ball

thats almost always a freekick and i suspect it would have been if he didnt regain control
i think it was actually good goalkeeping that he got it back

we cant go into these games hoping for a draw
we have to go and win

millwall, qpr and stoke, youd want at the very least 6 points minimum

The good thing is at the moment we are getting about 1.4 points per game with Selles which should be enough to stay up. Although I agree these next few games present a real opportunity to get some wins on the board

I noticed at least one direct shot well saved (injury time from about 12 yards out and from behind defenders) and 3 difficult high balls safely collected under pressure.

If Connolly can't even stay on the straight and narrow in Middlesbrough and Sunderland I don't hold out much hope for him in London

He'l be buying 10k bottles champagne at 4am and other stimulants of the pureness

Be like the fat german kid entering willy wonkas factory

Millwall score, scorer scooped the ball of the ground with his head into the net!
