This is a disaster. A match we were leading comfortably now losing. Sainz out for 3 matches with no obvious replacement.

They said 3 after second red on commentary.Possibly 4 matches as it’s his second red?
Pathetic decision, yellow at worst & could cost us a chance of a play off spot if Sainz misses 3/4 games.
Agreed the defence has gone to pot, Hanley hasn’t been good enough since coming back from injury in my opinion.Having a player sent off doesn't mean you have to lose your heads and become a shambles. Where's the leadership -- from the touchline and on the field?
I highly doubt it will be overturned, they do everything they can to protect their refs and it has to be a case of no contact at all if they were to rescind itPathetic decision, yellow at worst & could cost us a chance of a play off spot if Sainz misses 3/4 games.
I doubt appealing it will do anything
Enough to put us out of the playoff chaseThey said 3 after second red on commentary.
Only if it’s a frivolous appeal4 game ban leading to 5 if we appeal![]()
It was a ****ing frivolous straight redOnly if it’s a frivolous appeal
I'm not so sure. If he was simply spinning on the ground, contact would be with the back of Howson's legs. But it looks as if his left foot is planted against the side of Howson's thigh -- that's certainly where Howson indicates when he shows Madeley the damage. Thanks for that, SC. Sainz didn't straighten his legs like he was trying to kick Howson ..........
He’s looking down at his leg for where Howson made contact not looking at HowsonI'm not so sure. If he was simply spinning on the ground, contact would be with the back of Howson's legs.
