In this div! if we are near top in jan and looking good, we may bring in more prem standard and Wellens with age and quality for this league would bring in good money
And we are in this division so we will play him :S I can understand him not making the gradei in the Prem but he has been first class in this league.
was going to be my response. If he doesn't make it in the Prem, he doesn't make it in the Prem. He's one of our best players in this league though, and he doesn't deserve or warrant being sold yet.
Just about everything creative goes through Wellens. Works his socks off. When he has a bad day, nobody else steps up to the mark and we suffer. Wellens Danns and Johnson looks formidable to me
I don't see how anybody can say King is better than Wellens, yes King scores goals but he does absolutely nothing else to influence the team so when he's not scoring it's like we're playing with 10 men. We can't afford any passengers and i'm sorry but King is a passenger. Wellens runs our midfield and his contribution to the team far surpasses King's. If I had the choice it would be Wellens Danns and Johnson.
Maybe i was harsh. I know wellens is a good player, i dont doubt it. But, every player has to evolve. Since hes arrived hes allowed others to shine and and got player of the month, But he needs to be more greedy if hes going to keep his place. Anyway wellens will feature plentiful times this year im sure. Maybe he will up his game with competition who knows.
