Surely it would have to rise to the high court before the allams had to pay for bailiffs.All the club has to do is file a claim online for a CCJ, which costs £25 and is added to the debt (along with their admin fees), then when someone receives the CCJ, they either have to fight it (and risking getting a CCJ and being unable to get credit anywhere), or pay it.
If it's not contested, then judgement is awarded automatically and if it remains unpaid, it goes straight to bailiffs (and there's extra charges for them as well).
