Decent sized survey (1,952).
Damning verdict on owners, McCann, memberships.
Around half cancelling. Another 1 quarter undecided (& that's before the recent announcement and the continuing silence).
It's literally falling apart. Allam's will have to do something significant.

I guess they've had lots of cancellations and decided that they will try to milk them for 2 months payments.

In a normal season, 12 months membership pays for 23 home games, just like the old season ticket. As long as we can attend 23 games between now and next July, all is as normal. However, if the season starts in September, but fans aren't allowed back until October, there will presumably be some home games missing for which Ahab is charging? Not surprised.

Whilst that’s true for next season if you tag August and September payments onto that season, it does mean members will have paid more for the season just finished as payments were taken in March and April but no games were seen.

Normally, 2 months have payments taken where no games are played. The season just gone had double that. June and July before the season started and March and April at the end of it.

Does membership include anything other than match attendance, as that would need to be factored in?

Aren’t the other things included benefits/bonuses like the match card points, priority tickets to cup games etc? I can’t remember what else they throw in with the card.

Car park passes and passes into the dugout bars are add ons.

I have no idea, I just thought I'd flag it up.

I'm sure the two months cancellation fees will tide the club over for... well a month or two. The natural thing to do upon relegation would have been to put out a statement, clarify the payments situation and offer some incentives to stay onboard.
Our man ****s off on holiday not even saying goodbye, short sighted he can't see the end of his nose.

That's what a normal person would so, but we are dealing with the Allam's, no one tells them how to run their business.:emoticon-0112-wonde

Four years after its first announcement, the benefits package for members is still mostly awaited. They’ve been pulled up by trading standards for this already, I think.

They have. I may have grassed them up to both Trading Standards and the Football Ombudsman. Both agreed the club hadn't provided the advertised benefits.

Outside of the usual suspects, what ****ing psychopath thinks we're still worth £40m?

3% of the fans who filled it in makes 70 people. Is that all of the Allams' extended family?

Always sceptical of these surveys simply because anyone can can cause mischief by filling it in. I know because I've been guilty of it myself in the past.
Once filled in a Hull FC related survey about the old boulevard ground and the best times/games/atmospheres there etc.
Mine was a pisstake and my best memory was the all time record low crowd of 800 for a league game v Huyton. 99% of the other posts were about beating HKR or the BBC 2 Floodlit trophy. They printed mine word for word in the special edition pull out, signed T.B.Larrde, Boulevard, Hull.

I don't think the reinstating of membership payments has anything to do with the number of cancellations, I understand club staff were told to announce the resumption of payments in August before Ehab went on holiday and he's not bothered getting in touch since.
