Maybe I should close this thread! I started it by saying NO to a convicted rapist wearing a hull city shirt! I hope most people on here will agree! I understand that people do deserve another chance after doing their time! But when someone is going to be in the public spot light, it's a different matter! If you've done your time you should come out with your head low and live a quite humble life! Especially if you've learnt your lesson! As an example we have lee Hughes! Kills a man in his car! Does his time and then comes out, joins a club and doesn't ( in my opinion ) show any remorse! Especially with his goal scoring celebrations! You never know what tomorrow brings for any of us.

I would take him in an instant if we fail to get Hooper. I would like us to go for him and Austin.

Can anyone please explain to me what the link is between politics and an ex child criminal?

And what the **** is a liberal anyway.

Saying how would you feel if it was your daughter is a huge valid point.

Or doesn't it matter if **** happens to someone else ?

IF He turns out for Hull City in a Hull City shirt then the club can shove my 3 passes right up there arses and give me back the £395 my season card cost and £130 x 2 what it cost for my 2 nieces cards.

Sadly for you, the club are unlikely to refund the money. So, on that basis, would your moral stance force you to tear them up and lose the money?

There's no politics, it's just his way of trying to get out of his piss poor debating skills. Liberal can mean two things; being liberal means you're carefree and laid back. Being a liberal is a political point of view. It's about limiting the power of the government to stop it growing out of control in the hope that we can avoid a totalitarian future. It's a viewpoint that advocates progress and moving away from the old views that still stick from the wartime generation.

We don't want criminals earning a living. Much better they spend the remaining years living off the government, or actually even better fund their spiraling lifestyle by committing further crimes ultimately leading them to return to jail and live off the taxpayer for the rest of their days.

Far better to rip them up then sit with the two junior tigers .... One who will be the same age as the rape victim by season kick off day...

Here's hoping it doesn't happen..

As opposed to getting in a fight about this might I suggest that those who feel passionately about this email the club and let them know your feelings. You shouldn't think less of your fellow poster because they are unable to forgive this crime and you shouldn't feel angry towards those who can forgive. It isnt a liberal or conservative thing it is a personal thing and there isnt really any reason to get mad at anyone for having strong feelings. I also doubt anyone is going to convince anyone on here to change their mind.
