Why am I being tagged in the thread??

Stan can't be an estate agent. If he is then he can't be a good one as he has too much time on his hands being on here all the time.

As to agents being slimy. I'm inclined to agree loads of agents are. Also a lot of them are kids who have no idea what they're doing half the time.

Stan isn't an estate agent. He's a dead actor.

I agree that some estate agents are slimy. You need to know how to manipulate them as they would backstab their best mate if it got them a sale!

Again don't necessarily disagree. Guess it depends on where you live as bigger cities are most definitely like that and especially the national chain agents. It's not like that round here. The industry is so heavily regulated that you quite simply can't be a lying deceitful bastard anymore.

I won't deal with the national agents, local agencies only for me.
