If Maureen really is going there, then this is disgraceful behaviour. Bad enough that this all gets leaked to the press on the day he leads them to a cup win, but not to tell him asap afterwards is deplorable! Ok, the guy might not have been a great success, but he deserves a lot more respect than he's been given.
All that article shows is another reporter revelling in sticking the boot in to a man they clearly hated. There's no quotes, no evidence in that article other than what looks like another dig at Van Gaal. That's the real disrespect. I may have been anything but a fan of LVG but it's clear the press have taken (and continue to take) every opportunity to belittle him.
