If Maureen really is going there, then this is disgraceful behaviour. Bad enough that this all gets leaked to the press on the day he leads them to a cup win, but not to tell him asap afterwards is deplorable!
Ok, the guy might not have been a great success, but he deserves a lot more respect than he's been given.

All that article shows is another reporter revelling in sticking the boot in to a man they clearly hated. There's no quotes, no evidence in that article other than what looks like another dig at Van Gaal. That's the real disrespect. I may have been anything but a fan of LVG but it's clear the press have taken (and continue to take) every opportunity to belittle him.
His theories on world events differed somewhat to the rest of his board. Tbf there were a lot of similarities in his rabid ramblings to A87 except it wasnt football related. He was a bonfide conspiracist.
Trebs, if it's true, all the club has to do is make an announcement. Somebody has obviously leaked all this. It's not the right way of handling this, whatever you might think of LVG.
Don't see Giggs going anywhere. I think Maureen will try and mould him into a top manager to be honest. We all know Jose won't be there in 3 years, so I'd expect to see Giggs as Utd manager after the stroppy one
