I really hate having a go at our players but I really can't see what Upson offers us apart from creating us more problems. He has given the ball to Gills more than his own team mates. Its literally like we have 10 men and Upson is on their side giving them 12 men.

All of our back 4 looks shaky. Leahy having the better game out of the 4.
Upson has been poor. Really poor.

Nicholson has had 3 good chances - none on target.
Hanlan has had poor service but not his usual handful self. Don't think he is 100%.

That’s not good enough. They should have more spine and be more determined to get back in the game.
I would put Grant in DM instead of Upson and replace Upson with Westbrooke.
Far to slow in moving the ball we still don't seem to want to get forward very quickly. the only good thing about tonight's match is I am in the warm instead of being stood in the cold. If Paul Tisdale wondered how big his job to turn this round is he must certainly have a good idea now. Cannot see us getting anything from this match, they keep talking about Oztumer about his touch etc. but there is no urgency about his or any body elses play.

Nicholson, Oztumer and McCormick are the ones not giving up and are really trying. The rest have been..... here we go again.
Yep, there hasn't been the urgency to get back into the game and that allows Gills back into position. But when we do get through, we've had no composure.
Could we please have a red card early in the second half for their manager and if thats not possible can somebody give him a very large gobstopper
