The one where he was blatantly shoved out the way as well <grr> has to be said as usual the officials were on the poor side of rubbish!

I don't know why nothing is being done about the standard of refs and officials in the championship....it's very rare to see a good one...average ones are okay..but often, they're bad!

2nd half lino was awful , but watching Danno give him **** was the highlight of the game for me , it was piss funny , he had to have heard , yet blanked it!!

lmao..i know, there's another guy who sits further down a bit, who wasn't there today, but he's always screaming at the lino...Dan took his place today, it was hysterical! Well done Dan!

I must admit Dan was like one of those wind-up toys you used to get, wind it up and put it on the table and watch it toddle off, watching it's little feet and head go ten to the dozen and his mouth on automatic <laugh>

Good to see its not all doom and gloom on here today. I think my opinions of Watford supporters is constantly skewed by the miserable buggers that sit next to me who unfortunately seem to have no knowledge about football at all and seem to think Iwelumo should play like Drogba at his peak and so decide that is vindication to abuse him for the entire 90 mins.

My views on the key incidents are as follows; Loach, made an absoluted howler, he's not the first and won't be the last. It was a shame as he was solid and dealt with the abuse afterwards very well. Unfortunately, its a fine line for keepers, Mariappa (who was responsible for the atrocious backpass) did exactly the same thing 5 mins later but that cost a throw in not a goal. Fine lines.

Defence looked pretty solid other than that, it was a shame the only time they got pulled out of shape was for their first goal, it would probably been a different outcome if we could have held the two goal lead at half time.

Hogg was absolutely outstanding today, especially in the first half and looks a great buy for us unfortuantely he was essentially by himself in midfield as Buaben was completely anonymous. It was noticeable in the first half especially when Hogg would collect the ball from defence look for an outball and either have to go to the full backs or wingers, not once did Buaben show for him.

Kightly was the quality player on the pitch and every game he gets fitter is starting to look like a class above. Yeates isn't doing a bad job at the moment of trying to emulate him. Up front we were a little sluggish today I think, Beattie doesn't look 100% fit to me, we know Iwelumo is all about the one touch flicks and layoffs which means someone needs to be playing off him, preferably someone relatively quick and/or skillful. Not confinced the two bigger guys up front is a long term solution, quite surprised Garner didn't get a run out as sub to combat this.

Shame we didn't win but equally I don't think it was a retrograde step today.
I'm done.

I actually found it was a difficult game to follow last night, and Jon Marks said at the end that it had been "a strange one". Reading around some of the comments today on different sites there is clear difference of opinion on what people saw, or wanted to see. There have been several comments about "Fans" who only go to have a right old moan. I am afraid that this will be a long season for maybe ten teams, including us, as I don't think that there is a lot to choose between them.

nope, but when he does, it's blinkin' good! lol. He was one of our summer purchases, and we're very happy he came to Watford. Sadly i think Kightly will be going back to his parent club in January.
