I think after this weekends games the people operating VAR need investigated.

I’ve seen ours countless times.
But have a look at West Ham’s disallows goal. Shocking.
Have a look at Villas. Shocking.
VVD should have been sent off. Shocking.

Someone’s head needs to go for this. It’s blatent match mixing in front of our eyes.

You're wasting your breath GG people in the media and fans still think its just spastics not seeing what they saw in the videos

VAR makes it easier to fix in the 1st place that's the point.

You can't just change the way it works it's still a system that allows a 4th party influence an opportunity to change matches at any time at the time

They used VAR at the Euros. How many shocking VAR decisions were there?

The problem isn't VAR - it's the twats interpreting it in the Premier League

This is correct. There will always be the odd one they get wrong but some of these are just absolute howlers and it is ruining the PL game.

The PL have to intervene as it’s not only the odd game it’s every game. We, Villa and West Ham should be writing the the PL for explanations. It’s clearly there to stop us breaking the big six.

No it's the people trying to keep their money and investment safe.

Scrap VAR its match fixing machine

The World Cup isn't the same

Those calls yesterday aren't down to interpretation mate.

VAR isn't doing the fixing. VAR presents facts which others interpret. Either through corruption or incompetence the VAR refs are giving blatantly incorrect interpretations. The issue is the people using it!

It's easier to fix VAR, so get rid.. It's a match fixing machine and it's much more effective than just a ref.

You can change whatever you like but it won't change the fact they can change the outcome of a season very easily.

There's no competance required in these decisions... It's foolish to believe that you can see the push and another person surrounded by screens just couldn't... Especially when multi millions are involved come May.

Just come off the phone to headquarters
and basically what they are saying is Lee Mason has thrown a young referee under a bus
Lee Mason is the one that put pressure onto an inexperienced ref to look at the monitor and change his mind
Lee Mason should take responsibility and resign

Unfortunately it will be the young ref who will carry the can for many Toon supporters

But Mason won't and he carries on again next week
The PGMOL who appoints these refs are paid from the Premier League

The PGMOL head of appointments is Jonathan Moss the Makem

We need new blood in the Premier League ref pool (calm down Hung - I mean new recruits not you being let loose with a machete at a PGMOL meeting) and VAR should give the perfect opportunity to help inexperienced refs bed in. Instead, like you say, they are being thrown under the bus to fit whatever agenda those at the top of PGMOL have. It's a shambles!

It won't make an difference who is employed as refs and officials.

If you catch a drug dealer on the street nothing changes.

Yeah just just the refs... Erh no

The point is it doesn't make it easier to fix. Do it my way and it makes it harder to fix as it's harder to hide. Your way and we're simply back to where we started and no transparency.

It does mate VAR is the perfect match fixing machine. It's the season that's manipulated throughout

They've given an explanation btw and that's what they'd say at the time.

La ligas latest move says it all.

like in cricket, should broadcast the conversations that var is having. At least then everyone gets some rational as to why a decision is being made.

atm a decision is made and no one has a clue how that decision was got to. If they broadcast and raise a point it might make you go, oh yeah I guess I never thought of that. I don’t agree, but maybe can at least see where they’re coming from.
