Palhinha is like Casemiro, you take that aggression away from him and you lose half the player.Good manager, good side with some astute buys. No way you were getting anywhere near relegation.
Palhinha is quality but having the record number of yellow cards in a season in the PL suggests he needs someone guiding him in training and develop his game a bit.
Solomon looked alright in that purple patch he had midseason. Hopefully he'll develop more under Silva.
Perreira looks a much better player at Fulham than he ever did in the limited appearances he had for us.
Robinson is raw. Lots of pace, brings the ball forward well on the left but his decision making lets him down.
Willian a decent season, but I think he'll drop off next season so need a replacement of his quality.
We do seem to collect them much easier than our opponents..................but we do have to watch our disciplinary record
It appears to me, that since the Man U semi-final, we are not getting a fair hearing, poor or mostly incorrect referee decisions and yellow cards being given out like confetti.Well...City away, 2nd goal...another VAR controversy that cost us.
I just find it unbelievable what the Officials are seeing to give the goal, that every other person watching isn't.
So far that's the Brentford Ream sending off & penalty for an air shot.
The Bassey booking for time wasting at the kick while they ignore the rule that opposition players have to be outside the area while a kick is taken.
The Bassey injury where VAR looked for a penalty to Arsenal while ignoring Saka pulling Bassey down to cause the shoulder injury.
The City 2nd goal where Officials deem the player offside not interfering or influencing the goal being scored. Yet there is a rule to say any interfering incident is to be looked at on the monitor by the on field Referee for a decision.
Indeed, and could/should have scored more.Pulled it back this weekend. Good to score some goals
