... Ranieri yes of course ... he won the EPL title and finished 11 points clear of Pooch ... on the others you possibly have a point... :)
again this is not reflection of last season, but my prediction for this season.

you all can list your rankings predictions.

I think - in a long time we have a star ensemble of great managers in EPL.

Expendables cast has nothing on this group.

Can we predict their performance and rank them for this season?

Below, my rating of the managers. Likely that is the order in which their teams might finish.

1) Jose Mourinho - 1st for Manu with Pogba / Matic. 2nd without them will get Jose 1st ranking.

2) Tony Conte - Top 6 for Chelsea without major signings will get 2nd spot. With few additions Top 4 will get him 2nd.

3) Pep Guardiola - City's 2nd spot will get Pep 3rd spot in my manager rating.

4) Jurgen Klopp - Top 5 for Pool will be an improvement, but he can take Pool further. His rating will improve.

5) Claudio Ranieri - Top 10 for Foxes will get Claudio 6th rank.

6) Arsene Wenger - Customary 4th for Goons

7) Ronald Koeman - Top 6 with Toffees will place Koeman at 7th here.

8) Mauricio Poch - TBH, Spuds overachieved like Lester last season. Top 8 will get Poch 8th here.

9) David Moyes - Top 10 for Mackems will get Moyes 9th here.

What do you think?

Ok adding Walter Mazzarri to this awesome cast.

Still Jose's title even though gap is 6 pts after 5 games.
Awful Manu team has just made the title interesting otherwise Jose will be running away with the title.

WTF?

Jose is past it and ****e when things aren't going his way.

Pep's title, with an outside chance of Klopp.

Start is not very important but End is. We shall see.

I like Klopp, but he needs to sort out your defense to make top 4. Or else you have no hope.

Come on Moyesy that you still got it and I am right in having you in my top 10 managers this year!!

Put the Spuds to their place <ok>

Quarter of the season in the book.
My initial Predos look decent expect for Moyesy may be.
If Moyes keeps his job & Mackems in the league - he will get top 10 nevertheless.

Ranieri for the worst manager of the season considering he's managing the so called Champions?

understand Spuds obsession with Ranieri & Leicester.

Top 10 will give ex Chelsea boss Top 6 rank in my book.

wah! they won the title .. nothing so called about it ...we are the Champions...the EPL champions..you'll need to visit the Hogwarts library to read about Liverpool's last title...in the ancient spells section... :)

You're currently bottom half of the table, mate.

Cold down there?

#8 on my manager predo list for Poch looks grossly overrated. Poor call from me. <whistle>

Looks like,
Worst of Jose > Best of Poch <ok>

Poch is suffering the curse that every manager over the last decade has suffered - a lack of decent striking options.

We always knew that if Kane got injured, we'd struggle. Everyone except for Levy, apparently.

Our midfield create more chances than practically any other team, certainly in the Prem, but we have no one reliable enough to put them away.

That is the long and short of it.
