The chairman's a muppet! Malky MacKay was the best Cardiff manager for at least the last 20 years! I hope he manages another Premier League club this season, it could be West Brom!
One can only think that the wrong man has left - important game for you now against Sunderland
!
Before Cardiff Malky`s claim to fame was getting Watford to mid table in the championship, the same team nearly secured promotion under Zola.

And before Malky your claim to fame was choking in the play offs year after year
Surely you are a jack on the wum.
The one thing that Malky had was the financial backing !!! He used it pretty well in the Championship and got us up playing his preferred system.
He also had financial backing in the summer, Some excellent signings but some pretty poor ones as well.
IMO Malky was sacked because his Football teams were bloody awful to watch, Tan has a tv channel showing Cardiff games and is trying to get some support in Asia.
Would you watch that dross and throw your support behind Cardiff.
No and there's another problem ,tan's purpose isn't to better yourselves but to raise an already high profile back home , as you've already discovered, at any cost
Everyone who does not support Cardiff will want Tan to fail but he will do his best to succeed which can only be good for us and not so good for all the other teams with no money to spend.

Money's not the problem ,it's what you do with ,thats what counts
Well money won't be the problem for us, and I don't see how the new manager can do much worse than Malky did.
Paid 2.5 million for Brayford, don't think he has seen the bench, Corny wasn't exactly inspiring the 45 minutes he played for us yesterday, at a cost of 8 million Malky proclaimed him "one for the future" obviously not Malkys future, he knew what was about to happen when he said that.
Ah you are correct forgot Zola got players into Watford something Malky failed to do.

You've just reinforced my point , seems Sam still has a big influence but seems to baulk at the idea of spending more money.
Controversial former owner Sam Hammam, who is now Cardiff's life president and a confidante of Tan's, gave his backing to a move for Solskjaer, but ruled out a move for Eriksson.
He said: 'It is not like Vincent Tan woke up one day and said, "What shall I do? I will sack Malky". This has been going on for months, after we had bought all those players.
'If you look at why they reached the Premier League it is two things Malky's ability and also, far more importantly, Vincent Tan's money. But all the accolades went to Malky.'
He added: 'I hope (the new manager) it is not someone like Eriksson. We need hungry people, people who put their foot on the break when spending money... Someone like Eriksson, who has seen and done it at the nighest level is going to come wanting a lot of money and a lot of people around him.'
Referring to Solskjaer, Hammam added: 'From my point of view he is (in line with the profile Cardiff want). I have known him since he was a young kid and I tried to buy him when I was owner of Wimbledon. He had a good grounding at Manchester United and now he is manager at Molde he will have a good grounding.'
7 wins in the last 32 games is no good at all.
Playing like we did against Southampton is no good at all.
Those are the facts if anyone thinks differently then that is up to them.
Who the new manager will be will not matter he has to do better than 7 wins in 32 games and get the team playing better.
