... oops, got that bit wrong. What I meant is that he was one of hundreds of journalists who report what goes on in Saudi.

Still deserved to be strangled to death and chopped up, to be fair.

So when the media (the esteemed Daily Mail no less) agrees with your viewpoint it's bang on facts no questions asked, when the media (The Guardian) contradicts you it's clearly bullshit and "some mags" hold the truth.

The Guardian isn't contradicting me, there's been an apology but they specifically haven't said Ritchie apologised to Bruce.

Youve said Ritchie has admitted he was in the wrong but there's nowhere in the report that says that. He could just as easily be apologising to his team mates for the disruption, no one knows.

I'm not saying the Guardian are wrong, just that I've also heard other things as well.

Despite this being Newcastle it's not all lack and white.

I can say I'm sorry if you completely misinterpreted what I said.

Ritchie may well have apologised, to his team mates, if they were upset about the confrontation ....

... it doesn't mean he's saying he was in the wrong on the pitch or what he said afterwards.

He's a manager who wants loyalty and pride from his players despite having none of either ...

... he knew he'd fail at Newcastle but already had his excuse lined up for the media.

"Ah yes, the support wouldn't get behind me because I'd been at Sunderland."

His next stop will be Sheff Utd for the same reason.

He's already managed them, right at the start of his career. My guess is he'll rock up at somewhere like Burnley if Dyce goes, or Preston. He's finished now at any club of decent size, but some clown of an owner will fall for him.
