TWWW gets a lot of stick from CAFC fans specially those of a Rangers persuasion ,(Bit of an Obssesion that ) very talented footballer just can’t seem to show it consistently hence the multitude of clubs he’s had ,he certainly gets to live all over the country and indeed Europe.

He was a good player in his day for Peterborough by all accounts. There were rumours he could be a problem in the changing room, which I guess we all thought Bowyer would iron out. But last season, everything leaking out points to Bowyer having causing huge problems backstage, so probably not what a player like Maddisdon needed.

Weren't we willing to pay some silly amount for him? Bowyer travelled up to meet Posh chairman without knowing we were under a transfer embargo.
Yes, I remember a figure of 2m bein banded about, for a player with six months left on his contract. makes you wonder if Southall didn't ask the EFL for the embargo personally to make sure there was still some cash in the coffers for a decent car or four.
'in his day' makes him sound like an old timer, but the guy should be at the absolute peak of his career, he's 27.I think Lee Bowyer just likes his players to be men (in the old fashioned way).
But every message and signal players get these days from the wider world around them, tells them that it's OK to be vulnerable and buckle under pressure.

During my recent illness my sodium level fell dangerously low, and was not diagnosed for 2 weeks because of the problems facing GP's. The impact on my mental and physical health in this time gave me an insight into the problems of depression and confusion. For someone to "have issues" and be under public scrutiny at the same time must be pretty horrible, especially the unforgiving world of football. I'm fine now btw

It's funny how quickly things can go wrong, his assists and goals record in League One is still incredible. Maybe he'll get back into it in a few years and earn a move to a league club again.
