I’m not sure we’d even take £100m for Delap. Without him in the second half of this season we’d be very likely to be relegated. A transfer and loan back is possible. Much more likely to move away in the summer.

I would be surprised if he moves, he knows we are strengthening, less pressure on him, have a great team spirit and management, thriving Club and arguably the best young coach in the Prem. Oh, and the terrific fans who adore him!

It is always sad when players who have served the Club so well depart, especially this bunch who have given us so much joy & excitement. Out of this group, I feel sure Woolfy will stay. He has been great in the last few games.

How with PSR it also provides an opportunity as he is home grown to get some profit...lots of clubs doing this to make more money...Mind you not sure what we'd make on him

I thought Everton sacking Dyche could've been a bit of a game changer for us but I see they're in talks with Moyes and have in turn thought that could be a game changer for them!!

To be fair Gaffer, I don’t think Spanish is in charge of club transfer policy, just his opinion.

Who knows what will happen to these players.

Social media rumours we're exploring a move for Matic. Probably past it in terms of what he can do on the pitch in a PL game, but might have the premier league experience and nous that could help us see games out with more reliability.

Of course it makes sense. You won’t be able to draw many if you are going up automatically so a draw against one of the weaker sides in the division is a terrible start for you. What exactly are you going to be able to give out to Ipswich for? Hosting Liverpool next week or McKenna standing next to Pep on the touchline the week after?
Bet he enjoyed standing next to Pep
