I’m not sure we’d even take £100m for Delap. Without him in the second half of this season we’d be very likely to be relegated. A transfer and loan back is possible. Much more likely to move away in the summer.

I would be surprised if he moves, he knows we are strengthening, less pressure on him, have a great team spirit and management, thriving Club and arguably the best young coach in the Prem. Oh, and the terrific fans who adore him!

Everton sack Dyche. West Ham appoint Potter. All around us owners are losing their heads. We must keep ours.

6 clubs out of the current bottom 8 have now sacked their managers.

I hope that 3 out of that 6 get relegated!

I just hope we can benefit from the chaos all around us.We seem to be the only stable Club building a squad for the future.

It is always sad when players who have served the Club so well depart, especially this bunch who have given us so much joy & excitement. Out of this group, I feel sure Woolfy will stay. He has been great in the last few games.

How with PSR it also provides an opportunity as he is home grown to get some profit...lots of clubs doing this to make more money...Mind you not sure what we'd make on him

I thought Everton sacking Dyche could've been a bit of a game changer for us but I see they're in talks with Moyes and have in turn thought that could be a game changer for them!!

To be fair Gaffer, I don’t think Spanish is in charge of club transfer policy, just his opinion.

Who knows what will happen to these players.

Social media rumours we're exploring a move for Matic. Probably past it in terms of what he can do on the pitch in a PL game, but might have the premier league experience and nous that could help us see games out with more reliability.

KM can obviously see something in him.
Not had much game time at Villa this season.

KM has that remarkable ability of bringing the best out of a player, skills, confidence, enjoying their game again and above all, fitting in and being part of a special group of players. The unique set up that Ipswich Town has.

    Feel the love Philo!

ristac’s come over on a high today cos Leeds don’t have to spend the season sitting behind Town and the Foxes in the table.

Al Hamadi off on loan to the Baggies which makes sense.

Playing him in the 10 when we don’t have Chappers or Sczmodics available and sending the hapless Jack Clarke on loan would make a lot more sense. Hirst is quite likely to get injured again.
