A great PL player hardly guarantees a great manager, refer; Ince, Shearer, Tony Adams, Bryan Robson, Sounesss, Solskjaer. Also not sure what Les will bring to the party, or if he is being lined up as eventual manager. Would be happier to see Tone grow a pair, have some humility, admit it has not worked (again) and make a wholesale change of manager and back room staff.
