Probably when it comes to the end of the season we’ll have lost this week to two top six sides. Still well ahead of where any of us could have reasonably expected with dross to play coming up.

Summary: We were only in that game the 1st 30 minutes when Eze was. They finally kicked him out of the game after about 30 minutes when he got treatment, and that was it, game over.

It's just a bit gutting after our run to only get 1 point in 9. We still have some tough fixtures coming up....
Our defence seriously is shocking.

23 from 45 though. Borderline playoff form thus far and unless Woodgate gets sacked this week we really ought to beat this utter dogshit Boro team to get back on track.

Yep but still 11 points clear of bottom 3 and only a couple of points from play off place...…..

A win next week against a poor Boro side with a good performance is the order of the day...….

Thought this was a much better performance than Reading and Brentford, plus really like the look of Lee Wallace. So much more energy and fight today. I will be attending Middlesboro game, saw tow previously (victory boxing day ? last year and a 5 - 1 home defeat some 10+ years ago.

Wish I shared your optimism. Agree with you on Wallace, but after the first 30 minutes there was only 1 team in it, and we were lucky it was only 2-0.

I think it's fair to say no one expected us to get anything today, we're still in touch but I expect the quality sides to gradually pull away over the next 6-8 games, I'll be happy to stay in the mid-table pack...

Just seen the first goal they were queuing up to shoot while a defence looked like scared rabbits.

5 at the back, no width past the half way line. Ball practically in midfield on his own. Wells either getting nudged off the ball or offside. Only positive EZE and his magic, he wont be with us for long though! What a crap performance

It seems like we've lost our mojo. We've been second best last three games and didn't create anything today. Eze is wasted playing wide right and would be more effective in the middle. Maybe we give Chair a rest as well as he hasn't done much for ages and we can't play two no. 10's.
Agree, though I thought Eze looked more central today for the 30 minutes he was in the game.
